Carolyn and I have always enjoyed biking... Both of us have Comfort Bikes and a couple times a month we would head down to the Parkway for an hour or so for a nice ride. One day, we were in a local bike shop and saw a poster for the Best Dam Bike Ride - the Utah MS Bike Ride. Because Carolyn's sister has MS, we were immediately interested in doing the ride. We formed a team (Mike, Annette, me, and Carolyn - The Suzy Q's) and started training... it has since changed our lives!!
