We have been looking forward to Neil since we bought tickets last year! He didn’t disappoint… he can still sing amazingly well and he puts on quite a show. We each got a t-shirt at the concert, and when Neil said all the proceeds would go to the families of the victims of the Aurora, Colorado shootings.
Neil sang our songs in order! First Holly Holy, and then Sweet Caroline, and we recorded both :)
There were lots of people to be entertained with as well. We were siting behind the biggest Neil fan ever, he was very drunk, and very inspired! We sat next to a man who took off his shoes to air out his stinky feet. And we were even entertaining (or annoying) to some as we sat in the wrong seats 3 times!! It was a great concert, and I wouldn’t hesitate to see him again. Long live Neil Diamond!!!
